Braelon Allen looks so explosive; it’s going to be hard to keep him off the field this year.2.The Jets might actually throw to their tight ends and a fullback this year.

Andrew Beck had two catches for 36 yards on the first series, and he can provide versatility as a fullback and an extra tight end.Tight end Stone Smartt scored a touchdown in the second half on a well-designed play.3.

Sauce Gardner has had a strong training camp, and he continued to show that last night in limited action.He had a nice tackle — something that was an issue last year — and good coverage on two plays.

He did pick up a pass interference penalty, but overall, it was a good night....
