Infant found abandoned in NYC Dunkin a day after baby was left on subway platform

A baby was found abandoned in a New York City Dunkin’ Tuesday morning — one day after a newborn was left on a Midtown subway platform, according to police.The 3 to 4-month-old boy was “conscious and alert” when he was found in a stroller inside of the coffee shop at 1791 Westchester Avenue in the Bronx around 8 a.m., police said.The infant was taken to an area hospital in stable condition, cops said.The mother later returned to the Dunkin’ for her baby and was headed to the police precinct, sources said.No arrests have been made.Morning Report delivers the latest news, videos, photos and more.
