New video shows masked suspects in wild shooting that wounded 6 outside NYC Sweet 16 bash

The NYPD released footage Wednesday showing the two suspected masked gunmen wanted in the wild shooting that wounded six teens outside a Brooklyn Sweet 16 birthday party over the weekend. The two suspects – one seen wearing a red and blue du-rag under his black hoodie – can be seen chatting with each other while strolling on the rain-drenched sidewalk outside Burbuja Events in Cypress Hills around 1:10 a.m.Sunday.Three 15-year-olds were hurt in the volley of bullets – a girl who suffered wounds to the chest, hip and leg, another girl wounded in the right leg and a boy shot in the left arm, cops said. Also wounded outside the Atlantic Avenue catering hall were a 16-year-old boy shot in the right arm, another 16-year-old boy hit in the left foot and a 17-year-old boy who was blasted in the right thigh, police said. Four of the victims were taken to Brookdale University Hospital, and the other two to the Kings County Hospital Center, where all were listed in stable condition. Police Commissioner Jessica Tisch said previously that the motive for the gun violence was “currently unknown, but appears to be gang related.”Sources said the mayhem may have been sparked by a dispute over a girl.Police could not confirm Wednesday whether all the victims were targeted, or if any of the six was a bystander caught in the fray. Reps for the catering hall told The Post that the shooting took place outside the venue about 20 minutes after the party broke up, and that management was “fully cooperating” with authorities.Anyone with information on the suspects’ whereabouts was asked to call the NYPD’s Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477) or, for Spanish, 1-888-57-PISTA (74782).The public can also submit their tips by logging onto the Crime Stoppers website at https://crimestoppers.nypdonline.org/, on X @NYPDTips....
