Former football star Vernon Davis allegedly hurled books and magazines at a pregnant ex during an argument over abortion, according to a report.The heated argument erupted on May 31 in the ex-San Francisco 49er tight end’s home when they were talking about her pregnancy, according to a criminal complaint obtained by TMZ Sports.The woman says the 41-year-old “was hitting me w/ magazines + books from under his TV,” and offered to pay her $10,000, the outlet reported.A warrant for Davis’s arrest was issued on Jan.8 for assault and battery, the same day the complaint was filed.
