Calvin Ridley restructures contract to stay with Titans

Cam Ward will have a key wide receiver returning to the Titans offense in 2026.Calvin Ridley and Tennessee agreed to restructure his contract to bring him back in the fold for the coming season, NFL Network reported Saturday afternoon.
Ridley had signed a four-year, $92 million contract before the 2024 campaign that included a potential out in 2026, though that will not be the case.He had 17 catches for 303 yards in seven games in 2025 but suffered a broken fibula in mid-November that sidelined him for the rest of the season.
The Titans, with the 2025 No.1 pick Ward under center, struggled all year long.
They finished with a 3-14 record and landed the fourth pick in this coming draft. The offense was one of the worst in the league, ranking 31st in yards per game and 30th in points. But when healthy, Ridley is one of the more productive wide receivers in the game.He racked up back-to-back 1,000-yard seasons in 2023 and ’24, the latter of which came with the Titans.
The Titans will have plenty of new faces on the sidelines this season, with Robert Saleh taking over as head coach and Brian Daboll coming in as the offensive coordinator. The offense should get some outside help in the form of former Giants receiver Wan’Dale Robinson, who reunites with Daboll on a four-year, $78 million contract. The Titans also added former Big Blue tight end Daniel Bellinger on a three-year deal worth $24 million.
The defense has taken a New York flavor as well, with Saleh bringing in plenty of players he coached with the Jets....
