Yolanda Hadid is giving buyers another shot at her beloved Pennsylvania lavender farm — and this time, she’s calling it fate.The former “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star quietly re-listed her sprawling 32-acre Bucks County estate near New Hope after a previous deal to sell it fell through.Hadid announced the news herself, posting a characteristically poetic Instagram caption to her 3.6 million followers.The asking price remains the same — $10.88 million.  The property — a historic compound dating back to 1682 — had originally hit the market last September for $10.88 million before an early offer collapsed and the listing was quietly shelved ahead of the holidays.Hadid, 61, is framing the reset as destiny rather than defeat.

In her Instagram announcement, she called the deal falling apart a blessing in disguise.“When the Farm fell out of escrow last year I chose to see it as a gift … more sunsets, more time, more moments, more meaning,” she wrote.She also revealed she marked the relaunch with a grand gesture.“I just planted over 3,000 new lavender plants as an act of faith and promise to the land to keep the traditions moving forward,” Hadid wrote, adding: “I trust in perfect timing.”The Dutch-born former supermodel purchased the estate for $4 million in 2017 — shortly after her divorce from music producer David Foster — and spent years transforming it into a family sanctuary.“I probably touched every inch of the farm,” she previously told the Wall Street Journal.At its core is an 1810 stone farmhouse with three bedrooms and five fireplaces, accompanied by three storybook guest cottages and an 8,000-square-foot barn with 14 horse stalls, a dressage arena, a resort-style pool, vegetable gardens and a meditation labyrinth.The estate served as a refuge and rallying point for the Hadid family — supermodel daughters Bella and Gigi, both passionate equestrians, trained and rode there regularly, and the whole family reportedly...
