Boyband member breaks silence after TikTok influencer ex allegedly plotted to kill him

Jack Avery has been granted temporary sole legal and physical custody of his daughter after ex Gabbie Gonzalez’s arrest in connection with an alleged murder-for-hire plot targeting the singer, according to court documents obtained by The California Post.A Los Angeles Superior Court judge also granted Avery a temporary restraining order against Gonzalez, 24, and ordered that the TikTok influencer have no visitation with the former couple’s 7-year-old daughter, Lavender, pending further proceedings.Authorities also arrested Gonzalez’s father, Florida attorney Francisco Gonzalez and Kai Cordrey in connection with the alleged conspiracy.Avery broke his silence publicly on the alleged plot.“A few days ago, three individuals were arrested in connection with an alleged plot to kill me,” the former Why Don’t We singer wrote in an Instagram statement Thursday, May 21.“One of those individuals is the mother of my daughter.” California's top news, sports and entertainment delivered to your inbox every day.
