Spencer Pratt sums up LAs glacial vote count in a single image

Los Angeles mayoral candidate Spencer Pratt expressed his frustration at the slow pace of vote counting Saturday as he saw his once-commanding lead in the primary take a sharp hit in the lates ballot drop.The former reality star posted a photo of Russell Crowe from the film “A Brilliant Mind,” in which he portrays a mathematician.“Me trying to figure out how votes get counted in LA,” Pratt wrote.Fresh election results on Saturday showed him ahead of challenger Nithya Raman by by just 7,494 votes, a steep drop from a margin of more than 20,000 only a day earlier.Her share of the vote jumped from 24.9% to 26.2%, while Pratt slipped from 28.2% to 27.3%.Roughly 78% of ballots had been counted as of Saturday.
