Six Flags Magic Mountain opens new Looney Tunes Land after massive expansion

Six Flags Magic Mountain has officially pulled back the curtain on its brand new Looney Tunes Land, a colorful cartoon-themed playground packed with rides, attractions, and larger-than-life versions of some of animation’s most beloved characters.The massive makeover debuted on Saturday at the Valencia theme park as part of its 55th anniversary, transforming the former Bugs Bunny World into an immersive Looney Tunes universe where guests can step straight into the zany worlds of Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck, Taz, Road Runner, and Wile E.

cartoons, breathing fresh life into familiar faces that generations of people grew up watching on Saturday mornings.At TAZ-mania, guests can hop aboard Taz’s Tasmanian Train Tours while navigating a tropical jungle filled with the whirlwind troublemaker’s signature chaos.Road Runner Ridge recreates the desert backdrop of the iconic cartoon rivalry between Road Runner and the Wile E.
Coyote, complete with the family-friendly Road Runner Express coaster.Meanwhile, Bugs Bunny Play Park serves as the heart of the land, featuring a restored Merrie Melodies Carousel, interactive play spaces and a new live entertainment show called “Vacation Mayhem.” Younger thrill-seekers can also head to Camp Duck Amuck, where Daffy Duck takes center stage with jeep adventures, climbing attractions and a coaster for kids.
