Marcus Semien lands on IL after Mets error-filled calamity

Just one day after the Mets got Francisco Lindor back from the injured list, they lost another infielder.Marcus Semien has been placed on the 10-day injured list with a left hip flexor strain, with Ronny Mauricio recalled in a corresponding move.Reliever Daniel Duarte has also been recalled from Triple-A Syracuse, while Jonathan Pintaro, who threw Wednesday for the Mets during their doubleheader, was optioned back to Syracuse.Semien, hitting just .214 with a .613 OPS this season, committed two errors during the second game of the doubleheader against the Cubs on Wednesday....
