Tom Brady gives Raiders harsh 'reality' check after the team won only three games in 2025

The Las Vegas Raiders have had a disappointing few years.The Raiders have not had a winning season, nor have they made the playoffs since 2021.The team hasn’t won more than eight games in that stretch, which concluded with a 3-14 season in 2025.
Last year’s futility landed them with the No.1 overall pick of the 2026 draft.ZERO BS.
