Maniac repeatedly whacked man, 68, with Razor scooter in NYC clash: cops

A maniac repeatedly whacked a 68-year-old man in the head with a Razor scooter during a Brooklyn clash this week, police said. The senior got into an argument with a much-younger stranger around 9:30 p.m.Wednesday on Lincoln Place near Utica Avenue in Crown Heights when the brute suddenly grabbed the kick scooter and bashed him with it multiple times, authorities said. It was not immediately clear what sparked the clash, or whether the scooter belonged to the suspect.The victim was taken to the Kings County Hospital Center, where he is listed in stable condition. The attacker fled on foot, heading west on Lincoln Place towards Schenectady Avenue, cops said.He had not been caught by Friday. Surveillance footage released by the NYPD shows him wearing a red jacket over a white T-shirt with red- and-white patterned shorts and sneakers as he paced back and forth on the sidewalk, glancing at his phone. Anyone with information on the attacker’s whereabouts is  asked to call the NYPD’s Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477) or, for Spanish, 1-888-57-PISTA (74782). The public can also submit their tips by logging onto the Crime Stoppers website at https://crimestoppers.nypdonline.org/, or on X @NYPDTips....
