And when Trocheck became open to a Utah trade, a window opened for the Rangers to ship a piece engulfed by trade rumors since before the deadline to a team he felt had plenty of potential. “It was just going to a team that I think can win was the most important thing for me,” Trocheck said Friday when asked about the no-trade clause change as he addressed reporters in Utah for the first time.“Been in the league a long time, and I haven’t won anything, you know, so that’s what’s most important to me.” Trocheck came close with the Rangers.
