He’s a real Hamptons fanatic.Billionaire Fanatics founder and CEO Michael Rubin, who just held his A-list White Party at his Hamptons beach mansion, is in contract to buy the house next door, Gimme Shelter has learned. Both dwellings are on the ocean, on Dune Road in Bridgehampton. The in-contract property asked $42.5 million for sale. It’s not clear how much the final price will be.

But he may want to build a larger home on the property more in line with his current home in the future.”As for that other spread, Rubin bought it in 2020 for $50.1 million — and that’s where his famed party has been held in recent years.Guests at the most recent gathering included Snoop Dogg, Martha Stewart, Teyana Taylor, Tom Brady and Jay-Z. His forthcoming 4,200-square-foot property features five bedrooms, 5.5 baths and an elevator.
