Geno Smith battery accuser bloodied, bruised after altercation with Jets QB

The woman who alleged Geno Smith roughed her up during a dispute at the Jets quarterback’s Florida mansion last month was left bloodied and bruised following the alleged incident, newly released police photos show.The pictures, obtained by The California Post on Wednesday, were taken by the Davie Police Department on June 21 as investigators looked into a woman’s claims that Smith had put his hands on her during an argument.Three of the images showed the woman had a bloody scrape in the webbing of her right hand.Another showed she had bruising on the inside of her left bicep.Smith, however, seemed to have wounds of his own following the altercation.One picture showed he had a few marks on his face and a second photo appeared to show a knot on the back of his head.According to a Davie PD incident report, Smith and the woman had quarreled over childcare.Smith, per the report, said he employed the woman in a managerial role and “one of her assigned tasks” was “to occasionally care for his autistic child.” He also stated he and the woman occasionally engaged “in sexual activities; however, in a lighthearted and unserious manner.”Smith claimed that when the woman returned Smith’s child to his home, a “commotion” occurred on the property, and when he looked into it, he saw the woman leaving with what he believed was his property.Smith said the two then got into a physical confrontation that he alleged was initiated by the woman punching and pushing him.The woman, meanwhile, said Smith was the aggressor the situation, alleging the former second-round pick grabbed, choked and hit her during their heated disagreement.Davie PD investigators wrote in their report that “due to the inability to review surveillance footage, conflicting stories, and lack of independent witnesses,” they were ultimately “unable to determine the primary aggressor in the physical altercation.”No arrests were made and the case status was changed to “inactive” earlier ...
