An NYPD civilian employee who accused a cop of sexual harassment after he allegedly pulled a gun on her inside police headquarters exchanged explicit messages with the cop before the incident, the officer’s lawyer claims.Megan Kwan, 25, exchanged messages about sex and joked about creating an OnlyFans account featuring photos of Officer Quilbvio Espinal, 35, according to the motion filed Wednesday in Manhattan Supreme Court seeking access to her phone.Using Facebook Messenger between 2025 and 2026, the pair exchanged “many flirtatious and sexual messages, referenced multiple sex acts, and posted graphic pictures and memes to each other,” according to the court filing.After the gun incident, Kwan sued the officer and his supervisor Sgt.Jayson Valentin — saying they sexually and racially harassed her.
