Stomach-churning video shows raw sewage on SoCal beach as Tijuana River crisis worsens

Raw sewage spreading from the Tijuana river across the US-Mexico border continues to pollute the gorgeous beaches and communities in San Diego amid the ongoing crisis caused by the pollution. So far this year, millions of gallons of sewage-contaminated water flowing from Mexico have polluted some of most popular beaches in the area, including Coronado Beach leading to closures and raising concerns among nearby towns.Video posted by TV personality Chef Andrew Gruel, shows the absolutely vomit-inducing yellow-green waves of raw sewage washing up on the beach in the little coastal town.“This is Coronado currently,” it read.“High tourist season.

High heat of summer.No beach access.”Gruel notes how the beach looks in the middle of summer, a time when the shoreline is typically packed with local visitors and tourists from all over the world.
