The corrections officer — who hinted at having a husband in texts — and her imprisoned lover exchanged over 100 sexually explicit messages, photos and videos, the Philly Voice reported, citing the summons. Following the seizure of her personal cellphone, text messages revealed Pensak allegedly admitted to having a sexual relationship with an inmate — and said the relationship had been ongoing “for the past year” in a text in January to an unnamed person.Pensak also claimed to know that she was committing a crime, according to another text message from February and recalled getting “high” with the inmate at work in another text exchange from 2025, according to the report.
Federal investigators seized two contraband cell phones used by the prisoner, which contained numerous sexually explicit chats with Pensak and over 100 explicit images of the pair, according to the complaint.
