FIRST ON FOX: President Donald Trump will launch the White House's new "Freedom Haulers" initiative Thursday, Fox News Digital has exclusively learned, opening new pathways for military veterans to become commercial truck drivers while intensifying the administration's crackdown on illegal immigrant and non-English-speaking truckers.
