Despite Season 3’s finale acting as a quasi-series finale, “Ted Lasso” returns for Season 4 tomorrow, Aug.5.

Sudeikis confirmed the new installment in March 2025.After turning the AFC Richmond men’s team into a winning Premier League side, Ted returned home to Kansas City to be with his young son, but the new season builds off a scene in the Season 3 finale where Keeley (Juno Temple) presents AFC Richmond owner Rebecca (Hannah Waddingham) with a proposal for an AFC Richmond women’s team.Ted will, of course, return to Richmond after some time away to work some of his magic on the Lady Greyhounds with Coach Beard (Brendan Hunt) by his side again.

A slew of familiar faces will be on screen in the new season, including Emmy Award winners Waddingham and Brett Goldstein.Temple will also reprise her role in Season 4.

“Ted Lasso” Season 4 premieres Aug.5, with one new episode, followed by weekly releases through Oct.
