CHP in dramatic pursuit of possible kidnapping on California highway

A dramatic police pursuit through Southern California ended Wednesday morning with a man taken into custody after officers stopped a white minivan on the 91 Freeway.Video from FOX 11 showed the California Highway Patrol pursuing the vehicle before bringing it to a stop around 8 a.m.The pursuit began in Long Beach all the way Compton abruptly ended near exit 110.
