The sky’s the limit in the Hamptons.There, the summer of stratospheric listings just booked another contender — a grand $162 million East Hampton compound that will rise from the dunes and replace a storied estate purchased in March for $72 million, The Post has learned.The five-month quick flip for 43 East Dune Lane comes all-inclusive for the buyer, most notably with the skills of award-winning architects and builders — and all construction permits planned to be in place. While in former years the purchase would be a shoe-in as the most expensive listed residential property ever in the area, this year there is potentially intimidating competition. The estate sits between Calvin Klein’s former East Hampton compound, which listed in June for a breathtaking $165 million, and the Sagaponack home of billionaire hedge fund manager Zach Schreiber that listed the same month for $152.5 million.Right now, the record stands with the $147 million Further Lane buy in 2014 by another hedge fund billionaire, Barry Rosenstein. The current East Dune Lane home comes with real princess pedigree.

Longtime owner Lee Radziwill, the sister of Jackie Onassis, held that title when married to Prince Stanisław Albrecht Radziwill.After their 1974 divorce, the Hamptons upper crust still called her by the royal moniker. Radziwill bought the property in the late 1980s for a bit over $6 million and lived there for more than a decade with her husband Herbert Ross, who directed the films “Footloose” and “Steel Magnolias.”When the couple became extremely estranged in the late ‘90s, they stuck a deal to sell the home for $19 million to Jerry Seinfeld.
