But the biggest blow-up allegedly came months later.On June 24, Rodriguez claims an incident involving food landed her in hot water.She claims she believed the conduct amounted to food waste based on practices she had previously seen at the restaurant.Instead, Rodriguez alleges, In-N-Out sent the matter to human resources, suspended her and launched an investigation.The lawsuit does not make clear exactly what happened with the food, but Rodriguez claims she wasn’t the only employee who had engaged in similar conduct.She alleges other workers were merely warned while she was suspended and ultimately fired.
