Great white sharks circle swimmer off California coast in new video

A swimmer stayed in the water as six great white sharks prowled nearby off the Southern California coast, even after lifeguards tried to warn him about the predators.Drone footage captured by marine documentarian Carlos Gauna — known online as The Malibu Artist — showed the man in shallow coastal waters between Santa Barbara and Malibu as several juvenile great white sharks moved through the area.Gauna said lifeguards tried to alert the swimmer and one even paddled out to him, but he chose to remain in the ocean.California's top news, sports and entertainment delivered to your inbox every day.
