Chilling new ring camera footage showed the mentally deranged Kansas sex offender screaming incoherently — only days before he executed his wife and four children in a grisly murder-suicide.In the harrowing three-minute clip snapped from a neighbor’s house, Ronald Williams, 53, is seen walking up to his truck, entering the vehicle and packing items into it outside of his Winfield home, while screaming nonsensical vulgarities, according to People.Much of the audio is censored but on several occasions Williams can be heard shouting “my cousin,” “kill my cousin,” “I’m ‘bout to f—k you up” and “you better believe that” — and at one point entering his truck in the middle of a rant.A second angle of the doorbell camera captures the registered sex offender looming over a much smaller figure and a child as he continues his frantic packing, repeating, “when we went to Oklahoma.”The video was taken on Aug.7, according to KAKE.Williams gunned down his wife, Kelly George, 44, and their four kids — Carol Williams, 9; Ronald Williams Jr., 7; Sarah Williams, 5, and Kelly Magee-Williams, 3 — around 9 a.m.
