Ex-Jet Allen Lazard and model fiance split one year after engagement

Ex-Jets wide receiver Allen Lazard and his fiancée, former Miss Peru 2023 Camila Escribens, called off their engagement 10 months after she gave birth to their daughter last October, according to TMZ.The pair reportedly already sent out wedding invitations.It’s unclear what led to their split.They got engaged on a Montauk beach in May 2025, and the Jets reshared the photos from Lazard’s beach proposal.

“They’re engaged! congrats to @AllenLazard and his new fiance,” the team account wrote, including a green heart emoji.Lazard announced last July that they were expecting a baby girl.At the time, he included photos of them at a gender reveal with their families.

They went public with their relationship when Escribens attended Jets games during the 2024-25 season and began posting photos at MetLife Stadium on social media.Both Allen and Escribens appeared to remove any trace of their relationship on Instagram, including their joint engagement post.However, Allen’s gender reveal carousel post hasn’t been deleted.

Allen is looking to latch on with a new team for what would be his ninth NFL season.Lazard signed with the Jets ahead of the 2023 season on a four-year, $44 million deal that ultimately paired him with ex-Green Bay teammate Aaron Rodgers, but he did not deliver as expected.Lazard tallied just 70 catches for 911 yards and eight scores before being released this offseason.For his career, Lazard has 239 catches for 3,147 receiving yards and 28 receiving touchdowns....
