During her time under their management, she was unaware that TaP’s parent company, HNOE, was owned by Live Nation.HNOE was only partially owned by the entertainment giant at the time of Goulding’s signing, but became completely owned a year later, in 2019.

The two managers allegedly received a 20% commission as Goulding took part in Live Nation-powered tours, merchandise sales and documentary filming.“[Mawson and Millet] had a personal interest or duty in dealings between Ms.

Goulding and companies in the Live Nation group which was in actual or potential conflict with the interests of Ms.Goulding in securing the best commercial terms with whichever promoter, merchandiser or other counterparty it was most advantageous for her to deal with,” the claim states, per Variety.
