How to watch IndyCars Freedom 250 Grand Prix race on Washington DC streets

ET, but a special extended prerace show will start at 11:30 a.m.ET on Fox.First of all, if that's the case, you're pretty cool.And you're in luck! Like many IndyCar weekends, there will be a brief pre-race warm-up session starting at 9 a.m.
