Scott Brown on Ruthless: Sophie Cunningham has the guts to challenge men competing in womens sports

In an interview with the Ruthless Podcast, Scott Brown, former U.S.Senator and current Senate candidate in New Hampshire, commended Indiana Fever shooting guard Sophie Cunningham for her advocacy on behalf of women’s sports. "I don’t miss a game when the [Indiana] Fever [are] playing," Brown said in an interview released Friday morning.

"[She was a] Gatorade Player of the Year, two years in a row, 2,358 points in high school.And they had men, practice players, coming in and trying to make them better because they were bigger and stronger.

To think one of them was going to take my baby's job."Earlier this month, Brown criticized the Women’s National Basketball Association (WNBA) in an opinion piece in the Union Leader over its policies regarding transgender athletes. "It's hypocritical," Brown said of the league to the Fellas in the interview."It's a no-brainer.
