It’s well known that Myles Garrett is an athlete out of this world, but is he literally?The X account @ NFL Films released a video of Garrett working out alongside Houston Texans star edge rusher Will Anderson Jr.where they were working on box jump exercises, but it appeared Garrett looked like he was floating during the workout.Before Garrett cleared the box set, he was sitting down on a weight bench and was performing a workout that focused on explosiveness.As he moved off the bench, Garrett immediately exploded into the air, where he seamlessly cleared the box set, with his feet connected as he was gliding in the air.Garrett, 30, has a reputation of being one of the freakiest athletes in the NFL and is well known for his intense workouts that focus on powerlifting and extreme plyometrics.
