A 7-year-old Georgia boy is fighting for his life after he was hit by a pick-up truck while running to a school bus stop.The little boy, identified by a fundraiser as Aiden, has been in a medically induced coma since the tragic accident last week in the city of Rome.The “rough and tough” boy and his older brother were running to catch a bus when Aiden meandered into the road and was hit by a Ford F-150 around 7 a.m.on Aug.
