He’s currently filming Season 11 of Bravo’s Summer House on the weekends in the Hamptons; he’s hosting events at Soft Bar, his Brooklyn-based non-alcoholic bar and cafe; and he’s recording episodes of his More Life with Carl Radke podcast, all while finding time to log dozens of miles a week while training for the 2026 Berlin and New York City marathons.Radke is also celebrating the first anniversary of Soft Bar this month, where he’s fostered an impressive community of runners and reality TV fans.
He even hosts a monthly run club, which includes a DJ set and alcohol-free cocktails.If you follow Radke on Instagram, you’ve probably kept up with his running journey in some capacity — he shares his daily stats from Strava to show followers what he’s up to and to stay in touch with fellow runners.
Radke even recently partnered with Strava to help launch its brand-new strength features.“Here at Soft Bar, we host a ton of different fitness and wellness events.
So, working with Strava, now we’re just doing something more official, which is really cool and exciting,” he says.I recently stopped by Soft Bar to catch up with Radke.He shared everything he’s incorporating into marathon training while balancing his busy schedule, and revealed all the snacks you might have even seen him eating on Summer House during road trips to the Hamptons.
