D-U-Whine.An alleged drunk Florida driver cried to police when she was arrested for crashing into a parked car, punching the owner and then complained about her treatment because she thought they “were all friends.”Elizabeth Boucher is suspected of driving under the influence, resulting in a crash in Daytona Beach, Fla., on Aug.30, according to the Daytona Police.“Please don’t take me to jail over this,” Boucher cried.
“I thought we were all friends.”The inebriated 24-year-old was captured driving her Ford Bronco through a roundabout before plowing into the victim’s parked Honda outside her home, according to home security footage released by police.The force of the impact sent shards of glass into the air, as Boucher’s decked-out Bronco pushed the smaller sedan across the front lawn.Boucher kept her foot on the gas, spinning her back tires and sending dirt flying into the air — despite the wrecked car stopping the Bronco in its path.The victim, who wasn’t in the car at the time of the crash, was told by a neighbor about the crash and ran out front to see what happened when the two got into a physical altercation.“She came at me and she was like in my face.She smacked me right here,” the unidentified woman said, showing police officers where she was hit.
The woman allegedly struck Boucher back, sending the driver falling to the ground, according to an arrest affidavit obtained by Law&Crime.Boucher is accused of following the woman back to her front door where she was shoved again before police arrived.Boucher, who was wearing a black bra and leggings, had shown signs of intoxication from the moment officers arrived.She had “difficulty standing” and handed one cop a passport instead of the requested driver’s license.When asked again for her license, Boucher allegedly handed over her purse before saying “she was hot” as she tried to get into a police car, the outlet reported.The alleged driver also pleaded to cops that she was...
