Silicon Valley swindler Elizabeth Holmes is already plotting a comeback from her Texas prison camp, despite only being three years into her 10-year sentence.The Theranos fraudster, 42, has managed to help her husband raise a reported $18 million for another blood testing startup, The Post has learned.“She is shameless and delusional to think that she could be taken seriously again by any medical and biotech professionals,” a Silicon Valley biotech insider told The Post.Much like her previous company — which reached a $9 billion valuation before the science behind it was proven to be bunk and she was convicted of scamming investors — the new business, called Haemanthus, is a health tech company that aims, once again, to revolutionize medical testing, according to reports.“This is completely a joke,” the insider told The Post, noting the company has no publicly disclosed scientific advisors or peer-reviewed research for its product.“It sounds exactly like Theranos 2.0.”The company, helmed by Holmes’ husband Billy Evans, 33, plans to build AI-driven devices which use lasers to scan blood and look for diseases.
It has yet to publicly launch.Evans, reps for Haemanthus and a lawyer for Holmes did not respond to requests for comment from The Post.Holmes caught renewed attention over the Labor Day weekend when a clip of her was released to promote a new film documenting her final days as a free woman in 2023.“Of course I’m not deceiving you.I’m engaging with you as a human being.
