Vice President JD Vance blasted a heckler waving foreign flags and yelling at him from the GOP convention floor during his primetime keynote address Thursday night.The rabble-rouser emerged from the crowd waving Mexican and Palestinian flags, catching Vance's eye as he delivered his rallying cry to thousands of GOP voters at the American Airlines Center in Dallas.The incident wasn't captured by the convention's official television feed, but Vance described it for viewers at home."What the people at home missed is that we just had a protester interrupting us and waving the Mexican flag.," he said.
