Details of how it’ll be accomplished are as non-specific as most of his boasts.This was an act of desperation by a man who has proven his willingness to do or say anything to avoid repercussions.Anyone willing to buy what Trump is selling will see pigs fly before that $5,000 lands in their mailbox.David KahnBoca Raton, Fla.This was a rabbit-out-of-the-hat moment that came in the form of a $5,000 dividend to 200 million-plus adults.
