The woman behind the fundraiser that has amassed $1.2 million for Lindsay Clancy’s parents is a 42-year-old separated Wisconsin TikTok mom-of-three whose efforts could ultimately enrich the killer mom.Brandee Mulligan — who has no affiliation with 36-year-old Clancy, her ex-husband, Patrick, or her parents, Michael and Paula Musgrove — set up a GoFundMe page last month without speaking to them.“They had no idea and they were just extremely grateful and overwhelmed by all the support,” Mulligan told The Post.“And as a mom, like your heart just goes out to Lindsay,” she said of why she started “The Musgrove Family Fund.”“And I don’t want to focus too much on the Lindsay aspect of it.But I mean, it’s a huge part of it,” she added, before talking about Clancy’s mom and dad.“Her parents have uprooted their whole life for three and a half years.
