2026 Emmy Awards: Winners and losers

The 78th Emmy Awards took place Monday night at the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles, with Mariska Hargitay hosting the ceremony – the first woman to host the award show in 15 years."The Pitt" led all programs with 25 nominations, while "Hacks" earned a record 24 nominations during its final season.Apple TV’s "Widow’s Bay" followed with 19 nominations, and "Pluribus" has 18.The Creative Arts Emmys were presented ahead of Monday night, with notable wins for Shailene Woodley, Mariska Hargitay, Bad Bunny and the late Rob Reiner.
"Widow’s Bay" led the early awards with eight wins, while "DTF St.Louis" earned six.Mariska Hargitay appeared at the 78th Primetime Emmy Awards, which she hosted.
