Disturbing surveillance footage showed a Florida hospital patient unleash a frenzied attack against an emergency room nurse — as the worker’s lawyer warned that the brute could’ve killed somebody.Wenyou Rubin struck Jackson Memorial Hospital Yanira Eguileor multiple times and left her with head, neck, spinal and back injuries during the unprovoked assault on May 30, NBC6 reported on Wednesday.Rubin, who was wearing a purple shirt, clubbed patient finance staffer Tisa Wolf before attacking the ER nurse in the hospital’s new $300 million room.Eguileor pushed the man before he struck her in the shoulder, the video shows.Rubin, 44, continued his assault and the nurse fell on the floor before he was later restrained and wrestled to the ground.“He punched me a total of three times,” Eguileor told WSVN in July after it emerged that a $5 million negligence lawsuit against the hospital had been filed.She told cops that the patient punched her with a “closed fist,” according to dispatch audio obtained by the outlet.Eguileor also revealed that she was attacked after trying to defend her co-worker.“I heard a loud scream from one of the staff members, a female,” she recalled.“I turned around, and this man is running after her, toward the nurse’s station.
That’s when I turned around, and I went towards them, and he was about to strike her, and I said, ‘No!
