Brock Purdy comes up short in hilarious bet with George Kittle

As per usual when Iowa State and Iowa play each other, San Francisco 49ers quarterback Brock Purdy and tight end George Kittle had to bet on it.This time, Purdy was the one who was dealing with insult to injury, following a Cyclones 16-13 loss to the Hawkeyes on Saturday. As Purdy went to meet with reporters on Thursday afternoon, Purdy was seen wearing a yellow Iowa hat and a grey long-sleeve shirt.Purdy was asked about the new wardrobe and told reporters, “Any Hawkeye logo looks ugly to me.It sucks.”Purdy had just made it back home in time to watch the game following a 16-hour flight home after the 49ers kicked their season off in an eye-opening 27-7 victory against the Los Angeles Rams in Melbourne, Australia.
