With just a few tracks released from the GTA 6 soundtrack thus far, it’s safe to say electronic music will be well represented in Vice City.In just over two months, Grand Theft Auto VI, the most anticipated video game of all-time and arguably the most anticipated piece of media, will finally release after several delays.
Keeping the hype train rolling, Atlantic Records and Rockstar Games announced Grand Theft Auto VI: The Album, the official soundtrack featuring 34 original tracks.While the album won’t launch for a few more months, the first six singles have been revealed.
One of the standout releases is a new track from Travis Scott titled ‘RHYNO,’ which features production from Guy-Manuel de Homem-Christo of Daft Punk.In addition to a release from one of dance music’s all-time greats, one of our genre’s favorite modern-day acts, Fred again.., contributed the track ‘Sexy Magic’ with help from CA7RIEL & Paco Amoroso, PinkPantheress and Etienne de Crécy.
Outside dance music, the album features original music from Yung Lean, Metro Boomin, Future, Rauw Alejandro, Morgan Wallen and Rolling Stones legend Keith Richards.The album will be released digitally as well as physically on CD and vinyl, with multiple special edition vinyls available for pre-order now.
