US universities are teaching kids to wage war on American society where has the sanity gone?

A new study from the Public Interest Legal Foundation points to how the left’s capture of US law schools in turn directly impacts our elections — but that barely scratches a far, far larger problem.Across the nearly 200 ABA-accredited US law schools, PILA data show, lefty professors who teach election law outnumber conservative ones by nearly seven to one; that imbalance drives the endless waves of lawfare against voter ID laws and many other “right-coded” efforts to secure and protect elections (even though Americans overwhelmingly support such common-sense rules).If only that were all.In fact, a recent Foundation for Individual Rights and Expression study found that only 16% of law faculty (out of some 2,000 profs) say that a conservative person would be a very positive fit in their law school: That bias surely distorts how laws are interpreted — and written — in every facet of American life.And of course it plagues US academia in general: Another FIRE survey of more than 6,200 faculty at 55 schools across the country found that almost 40% said a conservative colleague would be a poor fit, vs.3% who said the same of liberals.Note how extreme that bias is: They don’t even want people on the other side around!Our universities are so deeply off-center, they normalize beliefs and actions at the far left end of the spectrum, punishing anyone right of, say, Pete Buttigieg. And so the children of our elites, from Harvard to Duke to Stanford, sign on enthusiastically to explicitly anti-American political movements: Black Lives Matter, the Palestine goon squads, the DSA and so on.Or merely head off to Silicon Valley to dutifully ensure that frontier AIs get programmed with the woke agenda.On every front, colleges feed a vast drive to “improve” American society by warring on it, from the quiet coercion of social-media “guidelines” to violent interference with law enforcement. And so extremist candidates like Michigan hopeful Abdul El-Sayed, who down...
