Yales Israel boycott and more: Letters to the Editor Sept. 20, 2026

Israel boycottOutside of technology developed by Israeli engineers and scientists, it is much easier to boycott items produced in Israel than China (“Yale freshmen: China yay, Israel nay!,” Sept.16).  The Chinese Communist Party also exhibits greater control over the media than Israel does, so it’s harder to learn of its oppressive acts.Hopefully, four years of study at Yale will make some students more conscious of the CCP’s oppression.
