American Idol contestant Caleb Flynn sobs as court sees gruesome photos of Ashleys execution: Hair and brain matter

Disgraced “American Idol” alum Caleb Flynn fought back tears once again on Monday as jurors in his murder trial heard gruesome details about his slain wife’s autopsy photos.In photos snapped of Ashley Flynn’s lifeless body before it was washed, “you’re seeing hair and brain matter and blood obscuring what was eventually determined to be two gunshot wounds to the back right side of the head,” Montgomery County Deputy Coroner and Pathologist Dr.Bryan Casto testified from the witness stand while describing the grisly photos.Another harrowing image showed Ashley Flynn’s face after her body was cleaned, which was snapped in order “to show the facial identity of the decedent,” according to Casto.

“Besides her identity, that photo also depicts a large open fracture of the frontal skull that’s the result of two bullets exiting the head,” the coroner said, and added that “the left eye appears somewhat blackened, like it’s bruised” in the picture.The harrowing image also showed bone fragments protruding from the late mom’s face and “bullet re-entry” wounds on her arms, according to Casto.

Flynn and people sitting in the gallery behind him were seen stifling sobs and shaking their heads as Casto described the harrowing autopsy photos, which were not shown to the courtroom.This is a developing story.Please check back for updates....
