Disgraced Olympic breakdancer Raygun forces Jimmy Fallon to eat shoe polish in bizarre segment

Raygun left US TV host Jimmy Fallon close to throwing up after forcing him to try Vegemite on The Tonight Show.The Aussie Olympian, 39, real name Rachael Gunn, is continuing to promote her Netflix documentary “Untold Raygun: Breaking Badly,” with her latest appearance coming on Fallon’s hugely popular talk show.Much of the interview revolved around Raygun divulging the difficulties she went through before, during and after Paris 2024 — where she was subject to widespread abuse following her performances at the Olympics.But at the end of the chat, she then pulled out two jars of Vegemite as a present for Fallon — who looked aghast at the contents.The American, who previously sampled the spread with Hugh Jackman, opened it before describing it as looking like “shoe polish.”Raygun suggested eating it straight out of the jar, rather than putting it on toast as is the custom.After much deliberation, Fallon agreed, but shrivelled his face up and began to squirm immediately once he put it in his mouth — while Raygun appeared to be thoroughly enjoying it.He then said: “Oh my god, that is like eating a liquefied bouillon cube, saltiest thing ever.But you know what? I feel fantastic.”The Vegemite tasting came moments after Raygun detailed her struggles with “imposter syndrome” and the serious stress she was under in the lead-up to the Games two years ago.She said: “All of it was surreal because I never thought I would be an Olympian.
I never thought I would be representing my country on that stage.“Already I felt like a total fish out of water, I was like ‘What am I doing here?’ I had so much imposter syndrome.“(But) it was so exciting though.It was such a thrill, such a privilege to be there and experience that… Then, you know, it changed.”Fallon also posed a number of online “conspiracy theories” to Raygun — most of which were addressed in her documentary.One of those was that she “didn’t take the Olympics seriously”.Raygu...
