Charlotte de Witte has dropped a new EP, The Resistance, tying the release to a cause close to the scene it comes from.“The Resistance is coming,” de Witte wrote on social media prior to today’s release.
“Three new tracks, played in sets all over the world… All proceeds from the EP will be donated to The Nighttime Foundation.Protect Club Culture.” The Nighttime Foundation launched in September 2025 out of VibeLab’s nightlife advocacy work, with a mission “to amplify the vibrant ecosystems that contribute to thriving nightlife globally.” The organization aims to connect the people who build nightlife culture, from fans and creators to industry groups and policymakers, so they have more say in its future.
The Resistance comprises ‘See Through The Lies’ (with XSALT) ‘Another Place,’ and the project’s title track (with Theo Nasa) as well as an intro version.XSALT returns following previous work with de Witte, including ‘Roar,’ ‘No Division,’ ‘Overdrive’ and ‘How You Move.’ The Belgian techno superstar called the title track “one of the biggest” record she has ever produced.
“Never have I ever teased a track this much as I teased ‘The Resistance,'” de Witte said in a statement.“From the moment the track was being made in the studio, I knew this was going to be a special one.

It’s one of the biggest tracks I’ve ever made.” Meanwhile, ‘Another Place’ carries its own backstory, built around a vocal de Witte first wrote more than a decade ago.“The track was forgotten and resurfaced years later, leading to an entirely new track created around that magical vocal from all those years ago.
