A years-long neighborhood war involving a tech billionaire, an 11,000-square-foot Utah mansion and two 100-plus-pound Bernese Mountain dogs has taken another dramatic turn.A judge tossed two lawsuits Wednesday challenging Cloudflare CEO Matthew Prince’s sprawling Park City property.It’s the latest development in a bitter property battle that previously spiraled into accusations of dog poop, snarling canines and “Save Sasha and Mocha” stickers plastered around the ritzy ski town.Prince and his wife, Tatiana, have spent years trying to build the massive residence on King Road overlooking historic Old Town, while downhill neighbors Eric Hermann and Susan Fredston-Hermann have fought the project over its size, height and design.The feud took a particularly bizarre turn in 2024, when Prince sued the Hermanns over their two Bernese Mountain dogs, Sasha and Mocha.As The Post reported at the time, Prince alleged the dogs were allowed to roam unleashed, poop on his property and “aggressively” approach his family and guests.His lawsuit claimed the dogs harassed his then-82-year-old mother and “barked, snarled and charged” at his infant daughter while she sat in a stroller.The Hermanns denied the allegations and described Sasha and Mocha as “well-behaved, polite and nonaggressive.”The canine clash erupted shortly after the Hermanns and other neighbors challenged approvals for Prince’s mansion, eventually prompting locals to rally behind the dogs with “Save Sasha and Mocha” stickers.Now, two of the lawsuits tied to the mansion itself have been thrown out.Utah’s 3rd District Court Judge Richard Mrazik dismissed the cases after ruling that a deal approved by the Park City Council earlier this year superseded the previous land-use decisions the Hermanns were challenging, according to KPCW.The City Council voted 3 to 1 in January to approve a consent agreement with Pesky Porcupine LLC, the entity associated with Prince’s project.The agreement relied on...
