Once again, President Trump has threatened to annihilate Iran if its leaders don’t make a deal — this time in the hallowed halls of the United Nations (“Don’s warning before the world,” Sept.23).It’s obvious why he’s stalling: The midterm elections are coming up and the Iran war is unpopular with his voters.It’s unlikely Iran will ever make a deal unless there’s regime change.
