He went there with his son last week, but seemingly wanted to make several teammates a part of his victory ritual this time around.It’s a refreshing sight for Raiders fans to see Mendoza and Cousins spending time off of the field together.Cousins has fostered a relationship with the rookie despite the fact that Mendoza was drafted to eventually take over Cousins’ starting job.Gven how great Cousins has been with the Raiders this season, Mendoza won’t be taking that job from him any time soon....
