Baby girl with six toes is found dead in dumpster outside California school as cops probe chilling theory

A 19-year-old mother was arrested Tuesday after her four-month-old baby girl’s body was discovered inside a dumpster in South Los Angeles.The grisly discovery occurred around 10:30 p.m.Monday near the 5200 block of Alba Street, directly across from Holmes Avenue Elementary School. A local resident, Martha Serrano Jimenez, was taking out trash with her daughter when she noticed an unusually heavy black plastic bag inside the dumpster.  The biggest news, opinion and culture shaping California right now.
